"Connie, I want to thank you so much. When I first heard of the Fast-Track, Kick-Sugar Countdown Program, I wasn’t sure that it could really help me to quit sugar. I’ve been addicted for at least the last 12 years.
And I just wasn't sure how inspired or motivated I could become through an internet-based program. But upon listening online to the first preview tele-seminar (over the phone), I was so inspired and comforted with the relief of "meeting" other former sugar addicts, who have turned their lives around, given up sugar and experienced amazing transformative changes.

I've gone on and on about their inspiring examples when talking on the phone to my sister Stephanie and my mom, who are both also participating in the program.
I've also felt great sadness, because these success stories make me think of my dad, who just passed away this last September of a heart attack. He was obese, and he had recently developed diabetes, and I wonder if might have been able to help him if he had quit sugar.
I am so glad that you and others are spreading the word about the dangers of sugar consumption and addiction. I have so much faith and confidence now that I can actually do this. I’ve been sugar-free since January 5, when you had your first tele-seminar.
It sometimes feels so isolating to have problems with sugar. But now know I'm not the only one, and I can give it up like these other incredible people have done! Thank you so much. I am so excited about this program. "

Over the past year, I have gained 40 pounds (and I was already overweight.). I’m convinced that every single pound of fat that I put on was because of sugar. I would often eat sugar to the exclusion of everything else. Like Connie used to find, licorice is a big binge food for me. It’s nothing for me to consume a large bag of Twizzler’s or Swedish Fish in a sitting.
The effects of all that sugar on my emotional, mental, and physical health have been obvious to me, but I could not, or would not stop the sugar...until in desperation I came to Connie’s online KickSugar support group and found out about the program.
